Ambitious. Strategic. Personable. Adaptable. Precise.

Why Sales?

I've always been someone who likes to challenge myself. Whether it's in school, work, or other areas of my life, I enjoy setting goals and seeing what I can accomplish when I'm willing to put in the effort. That's one of the biggest reasons I chose sales. I like that it's a career where hard work matters and where there's always an opportunity to improve.

At the same time, I enjoy working with people. I like having conversations, learning what someone is looking for, and figuring out how I can help. To me, sales is the perfect balance of personal connection and performance. It allows me to be competitive while also building relationships that have a real impact.

The more I've learned about sales through my classes and experiences, the more confident I've become that it's the right career for me. I know it will continue to challenge me, push me outside my comfort zone, and give me opportunities to keep growing. That's exactly the kind of career I've been looking for.

UCF Miller College of Business's

When I decided to pursue a career in sales, I knew I wanted more than lectures and textbooks. I wanted an opportunity to apply what I've learned, challenge myself, and learn from professionals who have built successful careers in the field. That's what attracted me to the UCF Professional Selling Program.

The combination of hands-on learning, corporate partnerships, and professional development opportunities makes this program unique. I'm especially looking forward to learning through sales role plays, networking with industry professionals, and gaining insight from mentors. I know these experiences will help me become more confident, strengthen my communication skills, and prepare me for a career in sales.

I'm excited to begin the program and take full advantage of everything it has to offer as I continue growing into the sales professional I plan to become.
